Strike Against Sopa!

This is to all of my fellow bloggers and dear readers. I am doing this because I believe it is imperative that we stand up to protect our rights to free speech. I hope that you will join in the strike and encourage others to do so. Feel free to share this information with as many people as you can. Thanks!

Internet goes on strike — blackout everywhere. This Wed Jan 18, many of your favorites sites will be unavailable to you to stop web censorship. Tell everyone, petition even more sites to join.
GOING ON STRIKE? JOINING THE BLACKOUT? AT 8AM WEDNESDAY, PUT THIS ON YOUR SITE.

On Jan 24th, Congress will vote to pass internet censorship in the Senate, even though the vast majority of Americans are opposed. We need to kill the bill – PIPA in the Senate and SOPA in the House – to protect our rights to free speech, privacy, and prosperity. We need internet companies to follow Reddit‘s lead and stand up for the web, as we internet users are doing every day.

  2. Website owners across the world have got to protest against these new laws on our internet freedoms. The moment these policies are approved, our way of life will never be the same again.
